1999年に発売されたプレイステーション® 用ソフト『シルバー事件』の続編となる携帯電話用コンテンツ。2018年3月14日にはPC向けのHDリマスター版がSteamで配信開始。 『シルバー事件』同様、テキストを読み進めていくことがメインとなっているが、数字入力による謎解きなども含む。 凶悪犯罪課編の「Correctness」、地域調整課編の「Match Maker」、モリシマトキオ編の「Placebo」の3つのシナリオが、それぞれ5話ずつという構成。 尚、「Correctness」の4話目は、前作のキャラクターが登場するスペシャルストーリー「Transmitter digital man」となっている。 『シルバー事件』で描かれた1999年から5年。カントウの湾岸地区に新たに誕生した"25区"を舞台とした物語。

Twilight Syndrome - Kyumei Hen is a direct sequel to the first Twilight Syndrome game, continuing the spooky adventures of the three brave and reckless high-school girls: Yukari, Mika, and Chisato.
