トライアングル・アゲイン

Triangle Again games are often referred to as music adventures rather than typical visual novels in a way that when the branching in the story occurs, choices are presented in a way of notes rather than text. The game story is centered around young Akari Tateshina and her debut as a pop singer. [From Mobygames]
