Tosaka Tsumugi is the chairman of the Discipline Committee, who aims for a bright and clean school life. She has a cheerful, kind and mature personality, like that of a doting older sister. Tsumugi has a charming smile and is always joking around, which naturally attracts people to her. Though she and Souji were neighbors and childhood friends and had a close relationship when they were little, she now has a cold attitude toward Souji after he became a delinquent.
