Armed with scythes embedded on his forearms, Ira is a a slim muscular male with predatory, slanted red eyes. Although he specializes in Chinese martial arts, he knows of several other hand to hand combat techniques. Being an apostle of Index and a subordinate of Georgius of the Rainbow, he fought with the other members of the Punishment Squad against Liselotte in the past; and although he perished, Ira was revived afterwards by Misao using a artificial body. His Index name is "Sebastianus of the Holy Bone". [Edited from the 11eyes wiki]
