A glorified navy admiral. He is called "Battlefields Gambler". Dut to illness and age he retired from active service, but due to the big casualities and weakening of Japanese Navy during the War with the Middle Empire, especially after the Battle of Manchuria, he returned. He loves his nurse Koga as a granddaughter, so sometimes he slaps her butt. "Heey, don't be afraid. We, brave veterans, went through the carnages like this many times."
