The current head of the Mikado House. One who manages all the country's onmyouji and all sorts of other technicians. She may be said to be the most influential person in the Ashihara no Nakatsuguni. She is 80 years old yet looks like she is in her 30s due to her techniques. Ryuumei has a stepdaughter, Ryuusui. Three hundred years ago, the future founder of Mikado House ran from Edo. Each new head of Mikado House underwent a ceremony of memory transition, so it may be said that Mikado Ryuumei existed through all three thousand years. Ryuumei is a wise person. She rarely praises someone, being strict with herself and others. In fact, she really hates the egocentric ways of the Shinshuu and truly abhors Hajun, whom she swore to crush. She made calculations to achieve her goal from the beginning. It was she who instigated the failed First Eastern Expedition three hundred years ago to make a battle between the western and eastern worlds more violent. It was she who continued to search for the new Hegemony, which she thought she had found in Koga Rindou Suzuka. It was she who instigated the Eastern Expedition to prepare the overthrow of Hajun. In truth, she is Eleonore von Wittenburg, who has not lost absolute loyalty to Reinhard Heydrich. In the previous world, where Shinza was owned by Marie, she lived and reincarnated over a hundred times. Each time she lost her memories, she did not lose all her essence. It may be described as overlapping. In each life, she sought the Gold, never reaching it, no matter how hard she tried. She dedicated herself to music in one life, theater in another, and literature in the third. It was a path of ever seeking. She was more than content with it and did not go to meet Reinhard, whom she loved, since he loved all his subordinates equally and without any discrimination. Yet Hajun has killed her master and destroyed that world. She had lived through it, but did not want to stay with the other survivors, defending the remains of the Twilight world. The reason is that it would not lead to a solution. Her link with Moment was very weak, so she was able to escape to the west to find a suitable Hegemony to overthrow Hajun. She threw away her past form to be able to live in the west. That is how "Mikado Ryuumei" was "born".
