白髮の風紀委員

The emotionless disciplinary member who seeks to correct the delinquents. The only white-haired young man on the disciplinary committee. A person whose speech and conduct lack feelings, almost as if he were a machine or doll. Like the other disciplinary members, his face is always hidden behind a white mask and he wears an exclusive and special disciplinary committee uniform. [From Otome Jikan] His real name is Watase Iku (渡瀬 生).
