Established as a wholly owned subsidiary of GungHo on November 1, 2007, following the transfer of part of the consumer game business and the video software business—which involved media mix projects with games—previously operated by Interchannel Holon (now Interchannel).

In addition to taking over Interchannel Holon’s consumer game and video software businesses, the company aimed to integrate GungHo’s own consumer game division, expand its online games to multiple platforms, and pursue multi-use development of derivative works such as video, music, and publishing.

It was dissolved at the end of 2009, and GungHo Online Entertainment has since taken over the consumer game-related businesses.
