After an accident, the protagonist Kantarou finds himself on a hospital bed, devoided of his memories. The story then branches, depending on choices, slowly shedding light on the protagonist background.

This is a story of two students - Matarou and Mikoto. It begins with Matarou confessing his love to Mikoto, which she accepts. Soon Matarou comes over to his lover's home, where he starts to uncover Mikotos past.
